(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man accused of stabbing another man over his barking dog.  It happened early yesterday morning at Montavilla Park in northeast Portland.  The 44-year-old victim tells police the man confronted him about his barking dog and then stabbed him following a brief argument.  The suspect is described as short, skinny and white.
