(Portland, OR)  --  A 58-year-old man accused of killing a woman in North Portland is officially facing charges.  A grand jury indicted Terry Hickman yesterday on one charge of murder for the death of 29-year-old Dallas Boyd.  Police found Boyd's body July 20th inside Hickman's van near North Lombard Street at Portsmouth Avenue.  Police say she was strangled to death.
