(Portland, OR)  --  The Interstate 84 West ramp to I-5 North is open to traffic once again.  The Oregon Department of Transportation says they reopened all westbound on-ramps late last night.  The ramp was scheduled to reopen yesterday after more than a week of repairs, but the reopening was delayed when workers discovered some broken metal rebar on the ramp.  Officials shut the ramp down July 26th for maintenance.
