(Portland, OR)  --  The annual Providence Bridge Pedal returns to Portland this weekend.  The biking and walking event is set for Sunday and will lead to several road closures.  The upper decks of the Marquam and Fremont bridges will be closed, along with the Steel Bridge, Hawthorne Bridge and Ross Island Bridge.
