(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is facing more than two-dozen child sex abuse charges along with a single charge for animal abuse.  An indictment filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court earlier this week shows 52-year-old Randy Shefstad is facing 30 charges of child sex abuse.  Police arrested him Wednesday.  Authorities say all of the victims ranged between the ages of ten and 12-years-old at the time of the abuse, and one of the victims was autistic.
