(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing 18 years behind bars for strangling a Portland man to death.  Paris McConville pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and second-degree assault yesterday for the death of Ryan Thompson last year.  McConville turned herself in to police last August after telling officers she'd killed Thompson in self-defense following an argument at his apartment in Southwest Portland.
