(Portland, OR)  --  The city of Portland is seeking public input on its bicycle parking code.  The Portland Bureau of Transportation says they're looking to update the code for the first time in 20 years.  Residents have until October 1st to submit comments to city leaders.  Comments may be submitted through email at bicycle-code-update-at-Portland-Oregon-dot-gov.
