(Portland, OR)  --  Wildfires burning across the region are creating hazy conditions over Portland.  Officials say air quality is currently in the unhealthy range.  Health officials are advising pregnant women, children, the elderly, people who have had strokes and people with heart or lung issues to stay inside and limit physical activity today.  Everyone else is advised to avoid prolonged or heavy exertion.  The smoke is coming from wildfires burning in Oregon as well as in British Columbia and California.
