(Portland, OR)  --  A 46-year-old Portland woman is suing her doctor and pharmacist over her behavior.  Hilary Bishop claims the prescription drugs she was given caused her to lose control and rob a bookstore and a shoe store.  OregonLive reports that convicted felons rarely, if ever, sue medical providers over the crimes they have committed.  Bishop is currently doing three years at the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility in Wilsonville for the robberies.  In her lawsuit, Bishop claims the doctor and pharmacist gave her mind-altering drugs that put her into a "dissociative state."
