(Vancouver, WA)  --  Nearly a dozen people are displaced following a house fire in Vancouver, Washington.  Firefighters responded to the home on Northeast 44th Street near St. Johns Road yesterday afternoon.  Fire officials say only one person was home at the time of the fire, and crews were able to rescue a cat and a dog from the flames.  No injuries were reported.  Eight people are displaced.
