(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly crashing into a pedestrian while street racing and then fleeing the scene.  It happened Sunday night near Northeast 142nd and Airport Way in northeast Portland.  Police say 22-year-old Vladyslav Momotok was performing dangerous driving maneuvers when he struck a man who was standing in a parking lot.  He's facing charges of hit-and-run and reckless driving.
