(Portland, OR)  --  Four dogs are dead following a house fire in southeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to the home on Southeast 33rd Avenue last night.  Fire officials say the resident was not home when the fire broke out, and four dogs inside the home perished in the flames.  Investigators are still looking into how the fire started.
