(Portland, OR)  --  Police are identifying a motorcyclist who was killed in a crash on Highway 30.  Police say 44-year-old Hoa Nguyen-Phoc of Forest Grove was riding near the St. Johns Bridge last Wednesday when he crashed into a car.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.  An investigation is ongoing.
