(Seattle, WA)  --  A man accused of stealing a car in Seattle with a developmentally disabled man still inside of it is behind bars in Portland.  Police say they arrested a 31-year-old suspect in Portland just after midnight Friday and recovered the stolen BMW.  Authorities are now working to have the suspect extradited to Seattle.  Police say a developmentally disabled man was sitting in the car parked near the Seattle Pinball Museum Friday evening when the suspect got into the car and took off with him.  Police later located the victim in Seattle's Pioneer Square and say he was unharmed.
