(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing hate crime charges after allegedly shouting racial epithets at a woman while threatening her with a knife.  The incident happened yesterday afternoon in the 1200 block of Southwest Columbia Street.  Police arrested 33-year-old Joshua Castillo on charges of second-degree intimidation, menacing and second-degree trespassing.
