(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man will be spending time behind bars after being convicted for a tenth time for felony public indecency.  A judge yesterday sentenced Michael Dorgan to 55 months, or nearly five years in prison.  He will also face five months of post-prison supervision and be required to register as a sex offender.  This most recent conviction stems from an incident at Portland State University on July 8th, when a group of women reported he'd exposed himself to them and started touching himself inappropriately.
