(Portland, OR)  --  Two people are hospitalized following a wrong-way crash on Interstate 84.  Police say a 97-year-old man was driving the wrong way down an eastbound off-ramp at Exit 104 yesterday afternoon when he crashed into a 22-year-old woman's car head-on.  Both victims are expected to survive their injuries.  Police cited the man for reckless driving and say the DMV will request that he retakes his driver's license test.
