(Portland, OR)  --  Bail is set at more than 200-thousand dollars for a Columbia County man facing dozens of charges for child rape and attempted murder.  Police announced yesterday that 42-year-old Louis Sourjohn is facing 51 charges, including multiple counts of rape and sex abuse along with kidnapping, coercion, strangulation and attempted murder.  Police say he groomed and assaulted four juveniles and two adults.  Police arrested him in May on separate charges and say he happened to have evidence on him linking him to the crimes.
