(Portland, OR)  --  A man is pleading guilty to manslaughter in connection to the death of a woman inside a Portland Motel 6 last year.  Court documents show Joshua Carlson entered the guilty plea yesterday.  He's accused in the strangulation death of 42-year-old Valerie Johnson.
