(Portland, OR)  --  An arraignment hearing is scheduled today for a former Multnomah County Health Department employee accused of sexually assaulting a child in Portland.  Police arrested 64-year-old Sandy Ortiz earlier this month in San Diego, California on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.  Police say Ortiz assaulted a boy under the age of 14 for a year between 2000 and 2001 after meeting him at the Northeast Health Center on MLK Jr. Boulevard.  Police believe Ortiz may have had additional victims.
