(Portland, OR)  --  Hundreds of bike-share experts will be meeting in Portland this week.  The North American Bikeshare Association is set to kick off its four-day annual conference today.  It's the first time for Portland to play host to the event.  Workshops are expected to focus on the importance of data security, the industry's future and the role of electric-assist bikes.
