(Vancouver, WA)  --  School starts today in the Vancouver Public Schools District after teachers voted to approve a contract.  The Vancouver Education Association says roughly 90-percent of their more than 15-hundred teachers voted to ratify the contract yesterday.  Teachers had been striking since last Wednesday amid contract negotiations.
