(Portland, OR)  --  The dates are set for a series of televised debates between Democratic Governor Kate Brown and her Republican challenger, Knute Buehler.  The three debates are scheduled for October 2nd and 9th in Portland, and October 4th in Medford.  Meanwhile, a Bend civic group isn't happy that the debates will all be west of the Cascade Mountains.  The City Club of Central Oregon had hoped to host a debate, which Buehler said he'd attend but Brown declined.
