(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man found dead inside a burning car in north Portland.  Police say 28-year-old Andrew Hathaway died from homicidal violence.  Firefighters found his body while reporting to a vehicle fire on North Marine Drive early Wednesday morning.  Police say Hathaway was killed before the vehicle was set on fire.  A homicide investigation is ongoing.
