(Portland, OR)  --  A fugitive is behind bars in Portland on child sex abuse and rape charges after 25 years on the run.  Police arrested 43-year-old Barrett Preston Busschau of South Africa Wednesday on a 1993 warrant for failing to appear in court.  He's accused of sexually abusing or raping four girls between the ages of ten and 15 in Clackamas and Washington counties.
