(Portland, OR)  --  A Clark County Fire captain is facing charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue facility in Sherwood.  Court records show 52-year-old Scott Taube was arraigned in court yesterday on charges of third-degree sexual abuse and harassment.  He's accused of inappropriately touching a woman during a training exercise at the Sherwood facility in May.
