(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man is hospitalized with serious injuries after being hit by a car while walking in Vancouver.  Police say the man was walking near South Andresen Road and MacArthur Boulevard yesterday afternoon when he was struck.  Police say the driver stayed at the scene and did not appear to be impaired.
