(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they made three arrests during a protest in South Waterfront.  Police say they arrested and used pepper spray on two protesters who threw a water bottle at them.  Another person was arrested after police recognized him as a suspect in an assault from June.  OHSU's Center for Health and Healing and the Collaborative Life Sciences buildings were both put into lockdown during the protest.
