(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police say they've arrested a suspect in connection to a car theft in Vancouver.  Police arrested the suspect last night after a brief search at an apartment complex near Northeast Vancouver Mall Road and Andresen.  Police say the suspect was driving a stolen car when he fled from officers who tried to pull him over.
