(Salem, OR)  --  Oregon voters who haven't been to the polls in awhile are being sought out on Facebook.  OregonLive reports that Secretary of State Dennis Richardson is using the social media platform to try to get lapsed voters to renew their registrations in time for the November election.  Richardson will be seen in a Facebook video through October 16th, which is the deadline to register.  He says maximizing voter participation is a priority for his office.
