(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is facing charges after allegedly dumping half of a mold-infested mobile home at an elementary school in Cornelius.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested 35-year-old Derek Conley Monday night after receiving a tip from the public.  Police say the mobile home was dumped Saturday in the parking lot of Echo Shaw Elementary School.
