(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly stealing a kitten from a shelter and then selling it downtown.  Police say 25-year-old Luke Andrade was caught on camera walking into the Pixie Project adoption center on Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard without a shirt on Monday evening.  Police say he then snatched the kitten and took off.  Police arrested him yesterday at Overlook Park but say it appears he had already sold the kitten to a man downtown.  Police say the kitten is black and has a microchip.
