(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a missing man who suffers from memory issues.  The Beaverton Police Department says 56-year-old Theodore Mears was last seen yesterday morning driving his 2002 grey Saturn with Oregon license plate YKH 208.  Police say he has tattoos on his upper arms.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
