(Portland, OR)  --  Some Under Armour employees in Portland could be losing their jobs.  The sports apparel company reports that they'll be laying off 400 people, or about three-percent of its worldwide workforce.  Under Armour employs about a hundred people at its Portland design center, but it's unclear how many of them will be given pink slips.
