(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is dead after going missing at Cape Lookout State Park in Tillamook County.  Police say they found the body of 46-year-old Thomas Pellegrino Tuesday morning along one of the park's trails.  Police started searching for him after being asked to perform a welfare check on Pellegrino.  Police say they do not suspect foul play in his death.
