(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man accused of attacking a woman inside her home in Corbett.  Police say 26-year-old Pavel Mikhay entered the woman's home on East Historic Columbia River Highway Tuesday morning and injured her before fleeing in a pickup truck that he later abandoned.  Police arrested him yesterday morning after a deputy spotted him near Thousand Acres Road in Troutdale.
