(Portland, OR)  --  Police are confirming that a body found in a man's car during a traffic stop was that of a missing elderly woman.  Police say officers found the body of 89-year-old Marcine Herinck in the car of 58-year-old Timothy Mackley Monday after pulling him over on Southeast Holgate Boulevard.  A medical examiner confirmed Tuesday she died of homicidal violence.  Police say Mackley is a registered sex offender.  Investigators believe he followed Herinck home from her volunteer shift at Portland Adventist Community Services.
