(Eugene, OR)  --  A 33-year-old Eugene man is facing charges after allegedly robbing a convenience store while armed with a metal chain.  Police say Michael Gary Reed entered the Jackson Gas Station/Market on West 11th Avenue in Eugene yesterday morning and slapped the counter with the chain before demanding money.  He then allegedly fled the scene.  Police spotted his vehicle near West 11th and Crow Road and arrested him.
