(Portland, OR)  --  A Salem-Keizer Education Foundation employee is facing charges of raping a 13-year-old boy.  Beaverton police arrested 20-year-old Jonathan Tyler of Salem last week.  Police say he raped the boy multiple times and that he tried to have sex with a 15-year-old girl.  Police believe Tyler may have had more victims.
