(Portland, OR)  --  A woman and two children are lucky to be alive after escaping a two-alarm fire at an apartment in southeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to the apartment on Southeast Raymond Court yesterday afternoon for a fire in a second-story unit.  Fire officials say a woman and two children made it out alive, though the woman needed to be hospitalized.  An investigation is ongoing into how the fire started.
