(Portland, OR)  --  A child and an adult are hospitalized in critical condition after being struck by a car while crossing the street.  Police say the two were crossing Southeast 122nd Avenue at Morrison Street in southeast Portland yesterday when a car hit them.  The driver reportedly stayed at the scene and cooperated with police.  An investigation is ongoing.
