(Portland, OR)  --  Campfires are once again being allowed in the Willamette National Forest.  Bureau of Land Management officials opened the forest up to campfires again on Tuesday.  Open fires including charcoal fires are now allowed, but officials are asking the public to practice fire safety and ensure their campfires are extinguished before leaving.
