(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler is standing against the repeal of Oregon's sanctuary state law.  Wheeler has endorsed a "no" vote on Measure 105, which would scrap the legislation allowing cops to arrest people just for being in the country illegally.  The Oregonian reports he joins 15 other mayors in the state in rejecting the repeal effort.
