(Portland, OR)  --  Senator Ron Wyden says Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh lacks both the balance and the temperament to serve on the bench.  Wyden posted on Twitter yesterday that he came to that conclusion after reviewing the FBI report into sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh.  Wyden calls the FBI report a "whitewash," saying that dozens of key witnesses were never interviewed for the investigation.  Wyden added that the Senate would be committing gross negligence if it confirms Kavanaugh.
