(Portland, OR)  --  Counselors are on hand at Jason Lee Elementary School today following an accidental shooting on campus.  Police say a mother was in the school cafeteria yesterday picking up her child from school when her gun went off inside her purse.  No one was injured.  The school was briefly placed on lockdown.
