(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported after a fight ended in gunfire downtown.  Police arrested 22-year-old Alexis Alvarez for allegedly firing a single shot during the fight yesterday morning at Northwest 3rd Avenue and Glisan Street.  He's facing charges of possession of a loaded firearm, discharge of a firearm in the city, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
