(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was shot to death near the Moda Center Friday night.  The Portland Police Bureau says 44-year-old Markell Devon James died of homicidal violence from multiple gunshot wounds.  Two other people were injured.  The shooting happened shortly after an event at the Moda Center.
