Poll: OR Governor's Race, Tax Initiative Still Close

(Salem, OR)  --  The Oregon governor's race remains close.  A new OregonLive poll shows that 49-percent of the state's voters are ready to keep Governor Kate Brown in Salem, while 45-percent support Republican Knute Buehler.  The poll has a margin of error of five-percent.  The poll also shows that a measure which would ban taxes on food is extremely close, while an initiative that would ban public funding for abortions is getting strong opposition from voters.
