(Clackamas, OR) -- A woman is suing Fred Meyer over a surveillance camera she says was aimed at the dressing room. The Oregonian reports that Carlee Gish filed the 300-thousand-dollar suit Monday after she noticed she was caught on video without her bra in the chain's Clackamas store. Gish says she saw in the mirror a camera in the rafters which caught her partially undressed. That reportedly happened in May and she says in July that camera was still pointed into the changing room. A Fred Meyer spokesman says he can't comment on pending litigation.
