(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was shot and killed in southeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says 21-year-old Izryl T. Johnson died after being shot Sunday night on Southeast 94th Avenue.  Police found Johnson lying in the street after responding to the area on reports of gunfire.  Police are still searching for a suspect.
